  A:Robstar is a leading online car parts and accessories shop based in Kenya. At Robstar we strive to ensure superior customer service to meet customer’s needs, product availability and continuously evaluating our processes to implement cost saving improvements for our customers.

• Q:What Services/goods does Robstar provide?

  A: We provide quality, highly saleable accessories e.g. car seat covers, car mats roof rails, carriers and a wide variety of exterior and interior car decorations. We also provide quality car service parts like air cleaners, oil filters and genuine spark plugs.

• Q:What is the pricing structure?

  A:With an eye on quality we provide unmatched prices of our products.

• Q: How do I get my goods once I purchase online?

  A: We offer efficient same day dispatch of all confirmed orders countrywide. Orders within Nairobi are delivered within three working hours after the order is placed. Orders outside Nairobi are sent via various courier services e.g. Wells Fargo , G4s or any other means suggested by the customer. A small fee is charged based on the different locations countrywide.

• Q:Are there after sale services?

  A:We offer numerous discounts for return and registered customers, free installation for a number of our products like car mats, wipers and seat cushions.

• Q:Does Robstar have a return policy?

  A: We take responsibility in case you receive
  

  • An item you had not ordered for
  • An item which does not meet the advertised specifications
  • An item which is faulty.
  Where any of the above occurs we accept returns within 24hours after the order has been received by the customer. We cater for all transport charges of returns that meet the above criteria.

• Q:How do I pay for my order?

  A:We only accept payment via our MPESA paybill number 536033. We accept cash on delivery terms for orders within Nairobi (where we deliver ourselves) but for orders outside Nairobi payment has to be done in advance.
